It's Now or Never
Once upon a time when I was setting at my computer, I began downloading programs to it. As soon as I had downloaded one, I found another that is better. I was downloading and downloading till my computer told me" that is too much I can't absorb that amount of programs". A machine complains, but what about your body that doesn't complain or it complains when it is too late.
If you eat sweets and starches, don't do as I did to my computer, and be reasonable in your eating. As the
famous proverb says "Prevention is better than cure", try to keep diabetes away from you in a few simple tips. We are going to prevent a disease that prevents us from eating what we like by eating.
Fiber-rich vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower and cabbage reduce the amount of sugar in our blood.
Low-calorie fruit such as apples, oranges, pears help twice. Eating fish with the exception of shellfish, shrimp, and lobster once a week prevent the risk of diabetes to 25% to those who don't.
To keep away diabetes people have to reduce their weight. Too much weight people are in danger of having the disease so the more we lose weight the more we walk and do exercises, the healthier we are. These all tips can be summed up in 3 points:
- Managing your insulin (controlling sugar sources)
- Eating small portions instead of "filling up" at meals
- Keeping your body fat percentage down (obesity is a high risk factor)
