Clean your Body 2
Seeing a doctor has been always a very hard thing to be done. It’s simple and it doesn’t take that much of time, however we’re always lazy –and I’m talking especially about myself- :$
What about reading some tips that may help you follow a better diet without the need to see a doctor periodically? ![]()
In this article, you’ll find some food tips telling you which are the healthiest food that will benefit your body
the most. Also you will find some advices about the recommended exercises you may need to do.
These tips will be part two of what my friend “Alhusseiny” has started in the last issue. You will find very general tips that don’t require a certain diet to be followed ![]()
Starting by food:
1- There is a famous advice that we all used to hear when we were young which is “Eat a rainbow”. Rainbow indicates to the number of the colors your food must contain. The more colorful your dish is, The healthier it becomes J
2- Drink Water as your body needs from 8 to 10 glasses of water (or more) daily! Water helps your body get rid of the toxins that attack it easily. Also Water makes your skin look better and fresher ![]()
3- If you’re a caffeine addict, then try hard to replace coffee with tea and of coursegreen tea is highly recommended as mentioned in the previous article: “Green tea contains a lot of thiamine which has been shown to reduce mental and physical stress, and improve cognition and mood in a synergistic manner with caffeine”.
Now let’s move to more general practices that will help you relax without even paying attention ![]()
1- Take deep and cleansing breaths three times per day and make sure you get some fresh air. If you spend one minute taking five deep slow breaths that will help your lungs do better. It makes you relax too.
2- Get to the gym and make sports an un-separated routine in your daily life.
3- Choose warm temperature of water while taking your shower as it reduces dehydration. At the end of your shower alternate between hot water (not so hot that it burns you: D) for one minute, and cold water (bearable) for 20 seconds. Repeat this process two or three times to encourage healthy blood and lymph circulation.
These tips are highly recommended and I’ve tried them myself
they don’t consume time, but we can include them in our daily exercises J
Try them and tell me what you think
I’ll be glad if they help.
