A Black Profile Picture

“Do not wait; the time will never be ‘just right'. Start where you stand, and work with whatever tools you may have at your command, and better tools will be found as you go along.”  Napoleon Hill
“Try not to become a man of success but a man of value.” Albert Einstein

I was supposed to write this issue word to announce the new improvements we did at the magazine this month.  Indeed we worked hard to preparer this issue but there are more important events that took me a way, paralyzed my mind & broke my pen. So I left the whole matter of celebration to concentrate on what is happening in Egypt, this unjustified stream of blood that takes young people on its way to their unpleased destiny.

Browsing Facebook became like attending a big funeral that is held for young Egyptian people. They may have been killed in a demonstration against the regime, a set-in for some legal demands or even after attending a killing football match!! The shocking is that suddenly our country became full of hooligans, murders & people without conscious. All of that –of course- lead us to a general state of depression, frustration & anger. We are driven to forget all our responsibilities & goals to drown in grief. No one can deny that what we witness nowadays is killing us all inside but if we all freeze our lives on this black profile picture, Egypt won’t never step forward. We should move on to take the usurped rights & fulfill the justice. In parallel, our life should go on. The process of working & studying mustn’t stop.  That will be a strong slap on the face of betrayers & hypocrites.

If you are still a student or have a work, if you take a part in a student activity or in a charity organization, you all should continue doing what you are meant to do. Never underestimate your work as long as it adds a positive effect on yourself, family or society. Just attach your work to morals & put in front of your eyes that if u stop working & surrender to this pessimistic tone, then blame only yourself when the future ship sinks.

Out of this concept we release this new issue as we used to. May be we could inspire an ambitious young  wo/man or be a helpful source of knowledge. Be a small brick at the wall of Egypt future, many small bricks will construct a stronger future, a stronger EGYPT…

I was supposed to write a movie review this month. But when I listened to her new album, I could not help but write about it instead.
